Tra Mari e Monti Apartment Rental Policy

At Tra Mari e Monti, we strive to provide our guests with a comfortable and pleasant stay. To ensure a peaceful and organized environment for all, we have established the following rental policies. 1. Booking and Payment Policy

Booking Process: Reservations can be made through our online booking system or by phone. All bookings are subject to apartment availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of the required deposit. Guests are responsible for providing accurate information during the booking process.

Deposit and Confirmation: A 30% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. This deposit can be paid via credit card or bank transfer. The remaining balance must be paid upon arrival, either in cash or by credit card. Full payment is required before check-in.

Pricing and Additional Fees: Prices may vary depending on the length of stay and season. Discounts are available for long-term rentals. Utilities such as electricity, water, and Wi-Fi are included in the rental price. However, extra services such as additional cleaning are subject to an extra fee.

2. Cancellation and Modification Policy

Cancellation Terms: Guests can cancel their reservation up to 14 days before the check-in date for a full refund of the deposit. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.

Modification Requests: Any changes to the reservation, such as date adjustments, must be requested at least 7 days before the check-in date. Changes are subject to apartment availability and may incur additional fees.

3. Minimum Stay and Duration of Stay

Minimum Stay: A minimum stay of 2 nights is required at Tra Mari e Monti. We do not accept bookings for shorter durations. During peak seasons, the minimum stay may be extended.

Long-Term Stays: Special discounts may apply for stays longer than one week. Terms and conditions for long-term rentals will be negotiated on a case-by-case basis.

4. Check-In and Check-Out Times

Check-In: Check-in is available from 3:00 PM onwards. Early check-ins are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Guests should contact the management in advance to request early check-in.

Check-Out: Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the day of departure. Late check-outs are also subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Guests who do not adhere to the check-out time will be charged accordingly.

5. Apartment Condition and Cleaning Policy

Apartment Condition: The apartments are delivered to guests in clean and well-maintained condition, equipped with all necessary amenities. Guests are expected to leave the apartment in a similar condition upon departure. Weekly cleaning is provided for long-term stays, and additional cleaning services can be arranged at an extra cost.

Waste Disposal and Cleanliness: Guests are responsible for disposing of their waste in designated areas. Accumulating garbage in the apartment or building is strictly prohibited.

6. House Rules

Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartments. If smoking is detected inside the apartment, a deep cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.

Pets: Tra Mari e Monti does not accept pets. Exceptions may be made for service animals, such as guide dogs, with prior notification and approval from management.

Noise and Respect for Neighbors: Guests are expected to maintain a respectful environment by keeping noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. Loud music, parties, or any behavior that disturbs other guests or neighbors is not allowed.

Guest Occupancy: Only the guests listed in the reservation are permitted to stay in the apartment. If additional guests are expected, the management must be notified, and extra fees may apply.

7. Damage and Liability Policy

Damage Reporting: Guests are responsible for reporting any damage to the apartment or its contents immediately to management. Any damage caused during the stay will be charged to the guest. If any issues or damages are found upon check-in, they should be reported to avoid liability.

Security Deposit: For certain reservations, a refundable security deposit may be required. This deposit will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided that no damage is found and the apartment is left in good condition.

8. Security and Responsibility

Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for securing their personal belongings during their stay. Please ensure that doors and windows are locked when you are not in the apartment. We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.

Security Cameras: For the safety of all guests, security cameras are installed at the building entrance and in common areas. These cameras are used solely for security purposes.

9. Additional Services and Requests

Transfer Services and Extra Amenities: Upon request, we can arrange airport transfers, local tours, or private guide services. These services are subject to additional charges and should be reserved in advance.

Maintenance and Technical Issues: We are committed to resolving any technical issues or maintenance problems during your stay as quickly as possible. Should you encounter any problems, please inform us immediately, and we will do our best to rectify the situation promptly.

10. Property Use and Digital Content

Wi-Fi and Internet Use: Free Wi-Fi is provided in all apartments. Guests are required to use the internet in compliance with local laws. Illegal activities, including the downloading of copyrighted material, are prohibited.

Respect for Property: The apartment and its contents are for the exclusive use of guests. The property should not be used for commercial purposes, subletting, or any activity that violates local laws.

11. Force Majeure

Unforeseen Circumstances: Tra Mari e Monti will not be held liable for cancellations or interruptions to reservations due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will work with guests to reschedule or provide alternative accommodations when possible.
